KBauer Consulting, Inc., was created in 2015 to help clients reach their government relations and communications goals.
Prior to starting the firm, Kristen Bauer worked for the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives for more than 12 years in various roles, including the critical Chicago Operations Manager and Regional Coordinator for Targeted Members of the House Democratic Caucus.
In those roles, Kristen developed legislative agendas, media and outreach plans for districts throughout the state. She embraced one vital principle: while all districts, candidates and voters are different, successful campaigns understand their districts and those differences inherently. Today, she brings that same approach to her consulting business.
In Springfield, Kristen is known around the Capitol for being a dedicated leader, trusted confidant, and skilled facilitator. She works closely with lawmakers and lobbyists from both parties in the House and Senate to help clients in a variety of sectors reach their goals.
